REFLECTION

     I thoroughly enjoy Design Principles throughout the semester. I was glad to get a kind lecturer like Ms. Jinchi to guide me. I learned various things in the Design Principles module, such as the principles of design; contrast, gestalt, balance, repetition, etc. Also able to do cool projects such as Self-Portrait and Sense of Place. Furthermore, I improved my art skills and learned how to color a little bit ( even though it is still quite bad). However, despite all the funs, I didn't quite like how we had to switch to an online class for the last few weeks. Because we would still have to show our progress, but it is online, everyone can see it, making me feel so insecure. It is also why I didn't participate in the feedback session. But overall, It was a refreshing experience for me as a first-year student.
